- Property Address
- Apartment Number
- Rent Amount
- Date You Wish to Move-In
Helpful Information:
- Submit one application fee of $50 for each adult applying.
- Submit payment(s) totaling $400 for the prelease deposit (can be split amongst the applicants)
- Submit one application for each adult applying.
- Complete the “Application for Occupancy.” Be sure to fill in ALL the blank spaces accurately. Missing, inaccurate or illegible information may delay or void your Application.
- You will need your valid photo ID to complete the biometric facial recognition as part of the application process.
- Proof of income will need to be uploaded to the online application. This is typically your three most recent paycheck stubs. Please contact our office for questions regarding additional proof of income.
